COMPLETE RIP OFF. BETTER GET YOUR ORDER IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY DONT LISTEN AND WILL GIVE YOU WAY LESS THAN WHAT YOU EXPECT!!!I'm currently out of town and wanted to send my wife a nice $50.00 dollar seasonal flower arrangement. I have sent many flowers to my wife over the years. I have also gone to the local stores and made my own arrangements which is what I normally do once a month or so when I'm home. I'm not new to the ordering flowers process and I know what to expect. Which is why I order the seasonal arrangements for delivery because the bouquet should be very much larger than a bouquet of roses. That is absoutely "NOT" what happened when I ordered the flowers from this shop. What my wife received for the money is absoutley DISGUSTING. From the picture my wife sent me it appears they went to the same stores I go to and pulled the $7.99 bouquet of seasonal flowers out of the bucket and then divided them in half. Then added some additional greens to them and delivered them in a vase. What an complete joke. Not at all what I was expecting. No added pine cones or nice decorations to accent the arrangement. Just a few carnations and cheap lowest grade flowers they could slap in a vase. If I was home I would also include a picture so you can judge for yourself. When I create my own arrangements I usually by the roses for 10 dollars and the lillys for maybe the same 10 dollars with the greens that come in each bundle. So for 20 dollars I get a Large arrangement. This is why I spend $50 dollars and ask for thr SEASONAL arrangement when I'm not the one putting the arrangement together. I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but this crappy arrangement embarrased me and was not at all what I asked for. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR FLOWER SHOP AGAIN.
