Nothing worse than wasting your time.. don't get a uhaul here. No one showed up at 9 and no one answers the phone. Very frustrating

The folks here went above and beyond to help me when I lost my key (as they also provide Uhaul rentals). They were entirely altruistic, which I find is so rare these days. I haven't yet ordered flowers, but I have no doubt that they would go above and beyond to do something amazing and it's all about the personalized service which makes the experience, isn't it? Thanks again, I will be back!

Outstanding service and great communication. Ordered a plant on a Friday afternoon for a memorial service the next morning which was a Saturday. The plant arrived 2 hours before the service at the appropriate location. The intended receiver raved about the quality of the plant. Communications via email were timely and reliable - received an order confirmation immediately after my phone call, another confirmation of the date and time the delivery arrived at the church, and finally a copy of the paid invoice on Monday morning after the delivery.I highly recommend Clarence Walker and will use them again in the future.

This review is coming from a former supplier to Clarence Walker. I work at a small chocolate shop, and would get small seasonal orders from Clarence Walker Florist, usually around Valentine's Day. I had not normally had many problems with them, other than their ordering being a little haphazard, they did not seem very organized. This became apparent when I sent them an order containing heart boxes, and I got a call from the manager saying he did not order the boxes and wanted to ship them back. He said he did not want heart shaped boxes, and when I tried to apologize and explain that I had received that order from someone at his shop, he got snippy with me and was adamant that no one from his shop placed to order. To which I apologized for the confusion, and he was free to ship the heart boxes back to me, OR I myself would drive up there to pick them up. He assured me they would be shipped back, but three weeks later I had not received anything. He sent a check for the total of all items on the invoice excluding the heart boxes. So I called them, and asked for the manager, and he was apparently too busy to talk so instead shouted at the employee on the phone with me that they would be sent out. So I waited longer.Three more weeks go by, and I place another call. This time the manager answered the phone, and I explained who I was and that in order for me to give him an account credit for the boxes that I needed them shipped to me ASAP in order to still sell the chocolates from the boxes, as it was well past Valentine's day so I could no longer sell the boxes, and if any more time passed the chocolates would be out of date and they would be a total loss. He yet again assured me they would be sent. They weren't.A month later I call to request he send payment for the missing heart boxes as they were never returned and the chocolates were no longer good to sell. He starts arguing with me, saying that he never ordered the boxes in the first place. I calmly tell him that the call for the boxes indeed came from his shop, and if he wanted the credit that he should have sent them earlier, he argues that I can still use the boxes and that's what he thought I needed, I inform him that it was the chocolates, NOT the boxes I needed a month and a half ago, to which he interrupts me on the phone and yells that he never wanted the boxes in the first place and hung up on me. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered since being manager at my job. He was rude and unorganized, and basically called me a liar. We are a small company, we don't have hundreds and hundreds of wholesale clients. When a call comes in from a customer for last minute valentine's items, it's not hard for me to know exactly who it came from or question their decision to order what they are ordering. Clarence Walker Florist is not a well run business. And judging from the other reviews from walk-in customers, they are bad from all aspects of their business, retail and wholesale. I do not recommend buying from them.

I would never buy from this company. My sister-in-law ordered a set of balloons for my daughters birthday to be delivered at her preschool. They didn't arrive by the time I picked her up. Called sister-in-law and she had them change the address to my residence so that we could at least get them. They didn't show up until 8:00 that night. Kind of loses the flair of getting balloons for a birthday when her friends don't get to share in the joy.
