They screwed up and delivered a few days early for a birthday. Eh, it happens. When I called them and let them know, before they even let me vent at them they apologized profusely and said they would send another arrangement the correct day at no charge. That right there earned my lifetime business. Way to go Avalon. I'll use you many more times in the future.
