Walk in is much better you do get seen.

They all try hard to get you seen

No one knows whats going on. Contradictory information given by multiple staff. Nurse practitioners (NP from now on) are rude and condescending. Seems they unable to do a simple administrative task. I have multiple examples. First example, NP prints out prescription with incorrect doses and quantities. When I correct her, she prints the prescription out again, only to have changed the dose on only one of the items, still with the incorrect quantity and leaving all other items wrong. This went on for five times(!!) before they were finally right. Then the NP told me that she had set up my repeat prescriptions; shockingly, she had not. Second example, Ive been signed off of work due various medical issues, let me be clear, I am being seen by consultants and specialists who agree I cannot go to work until I recover. I went to the doctors to get a sick note, (I called and made an appointment, specifically asking for a GP. Incredibly, they got it wrong and booked me with a NP. Go team!) the NP told me a consultant was wrong with my diagnosis and shamed me for not currently being in work. The icing on this s#*t show of what was supposed to be a professional medical appointment? She kept calling me the wrong first name, even after I corrected her multiple times, the NP finally agreed to write me a two week sick note (I have a long term illness) on which she got my first name right (hurray!!) and my surname wrong. Not an incorrect spelling of my surname, but a completely different name. When I pointed it out she was reluctant to change it as she had already done me a favour. Perhaps the screens that sit in front of them, supposedly with each patients details on, are actually just a sticker on a chuck of plastic as opposed to an actual computer. I suppose if that were the case then all of these mistakes would be understandable... But if not, its a complete shambles.I have many more examples but if I wrote them all down Id be here until next week.Overall, this Doctors surgery is a complete clusterfk. A vast majority of the staff are incompetent and unprofessional. The cleanliness and hygiene of both the surgery and staff is disgusting. If you have an option to go to a different GP surgery, use it.

Absolutely rude... mum is really poorly but she has to wait two weeks to get an appointment then got told if she wanted an emergency appointment to go to walk in centre when they have a duty of care to her!
