Minimal stock in the children's department. Difficult to find a sales associate to assist. When I did find an associate I was told there was no stock in the store room, but she did call another store. Abolutely no dressy dresses for girls sizes 8 and up except a few holiday clearance items. What few dresses available were made out of t-shirt material.
Staff was busy all around the store. It appeared they were changing the store around for new season. Staff seemed unaware of cotumers and it made for a strange invironment. Cashiers were great and personable. No long lines either. .
I love Jennifer the supervisor she is so amazing and like a part of our family now. It is my neighborhood Kohl's. Jenn Jenn you are amazing keep up the good work and don't change. You are a kind person.
Nice store. Watched Portland's finest arrest a lady stealing all kinds of stuff. She getting what she deserves.
Some good prices but merchandizing is terrible in some departments. No prices on merchandise but sign shows discounts. Because no prices appear on the products you don't know the cost. So you pack the product to a scanner several feet away to find the price, then you travel back to the display to check out the discount. Lots of fun. On the other hand, I picked out three shirts marked $17.99 and with my coupon, got them for a much better price. Why does Kohl's have to play these games?
