The combination of store, as well as the call center has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have talked to them over 15 times s to try to resolve what should have been a basic return that was based on a duplicate order and it still isn't resolved. The call center had to process my card countless times because of a "billing address error" despite verifying that it was confirmed as an exact match. This resulted in a duplicate order and they originally said that the second one would not go through and "confirmed" that it was cancelled. A day later, they refused to process the return because the item was mailed to the store. The item arrived at the store and was not "processed" for two business although it was in the store. I asked for the General Manager at the store and she was very rude and blamed it on the call center and only offered to allow me to return the purse I had in my possession which I bought for a gift. I asked if they could offer me any kind of discount for all of the inconvenience and the fact that they weren't refunding the second purchase which was their error. She ignored the request several times and offered no resolution beyond returning the purse I had. After 3 additional days, I received a voicemail from someone else at the store that said they were aware I didn't want it so they sent the purse to a distribution center and the refund would not show up on the credit card for 1-2 weeks. Obviously, the store didn't want to do what was right because the return may negatively affect their sales numbers. Don't support this store. IMO, they don't value their customers and refuse to provide decent customer service.
I Walked into the Portland store and was quickly greeted by sales rep Jared . He was not concerned that I was wearing gap sweats and a tired old t-shirt, I was just in to price a scarf for my son for Christmas. He happily quoted me the price and understood that I need to take time to think about such purchase. He was lovely and professional and said if I had any questions I'd be happy to help and gave me his business card I came back and again was greeted By another nice gentleman, I asked for Jared who the helped me with my purchased. His professionalism and patience eased the pain of the purchase price. Thank Jared.
I never felt so uncomfortable in my life in a store. As soon as I walked in with my mom they looked at us from head to toe and then proceeded to follow us around the store. When I asked about the price of something, the way the answer made me feel like she was saying "this to expensive for you". I never had a worse experience in my life. Never coming back. Terrible customer service.
I had an overly long week, as I was traveling on business. I found my way into the store and in spite of the fact that I was completely a wreck, Ryan took the time to show my everything available that for my description. We must have looked at over 20 purses together. I found him knowledgeable and patient. His priorities were centered around finding a bag and wallet that I truly loved. Did I mention that it was just 40 minutes until closing time and he never rushed me or made me snap to a decision. Ryan let me try them on, again and again until I was certain. Fantastic experience from start to finish. A month ago, I found myself in the Michigan Avenue store in Chicago, and no one gave me the time of day.Well done, LV Portland! Well done, Ryan!
