If you have things to store this is the place and its all because of the amazing manager. Rachelle is super friendly, great customer service, and bends over backwards to make your move in as easy as possible. Shes super friendly and always doing her best to keep the place looking good. Its a drive up facility so no unloading on to a cart then taking an elevator to unload. Saves time and your back. I cant say enough good things about this facility and I have rented storage all over the city. This one is the best thanks to Rachelle! Shes is absolutely awesome.
A great option for larger storage units close to inner SE/SW Portland. The manager is extremely helpful and accommodating!

Wonderful place to store your stuff! The employees/front desk lady Rachelle was extremely easy to talk to, nice and overall a good hardworking person I know I can rely on to keep my stuff safe and dry. NW self storage has amazing service and I really felt welcomed. Not only was the service great but the storage process itself was super easy and convenient. If youre going to put youre stuff in storage I highly recommend you go to NW self storage on SE 26th Ave!!
