Two drivers from airpark drove past me even tho i flagged them down. After the third time i called i was told to walk farther down so they could pick me up. Poor communication!!! In the wind and rain still waiting. Wont use them again.
I have been using AirPark for over 10 years now. They provide excellent service and the cost is comparable to the other options when you ise their online discount coupons.
Made an appointment on the website which quoted me $32 and some change with the AAA discount. They could not find any record of me, If you have a reservation system, why doesn't it keep of track of the said reservations? A name and e-mail address should be more than enough to find a reservation. I even buffered my trip with an extra 2 hours to ensure my price would be on point. Guy at the gate still tried to charge me over fifty bucks until I told him I wasn't going to pay more than a few dollars more than I was quoted, at that point we came to an amicable agreement on price, still paying more than quoted. The lesson learned is show up with your reservation in print.
This place has gone down hill. I used to use it every time I flew but in the past couple years either they're under new management or they're changing things that one doesn't need to change. I don't wanna download an app on my phone for a parking lot. It's a parking lot. I park, I pay, I leave. Just keep it simple.
Apparently they charge at the exact 24 hr interval. Dropped off car at 5:02 am on Thursday. picked up car on Sunday at 9:45 am was charged for 4 days. We are seniors and discount was 50 cents a day. Total bill 50.00 that's crazy. Man at counter was extremely rushed and rude receipt says Michael dont know if thats his name but he had a strong accent. We've used them for years but we will be using Park and Fly they give a good senior discount
