This place has a great Portland atmosphere on the first floor with full bar, dinning, pool tables etc. But the gem is in the basement, a speakeasy like environment with an eclectic lineup of performers including a brulesq show straight out of the 20s.

Very cool venue, I took my wife to see Rich hunter aka RiskyStar here and it was amazing! Great atmosphere, music, and signature cocktails. We definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. It's smaller than most venues which really add to the ambiance.
Really enjoyed the booth seating and the fact that it's an unpretentious jazz lounge. Food was good, but not outstanding. Live sound mix definitely came across as muddy and vocals from the talent definitely got 100% lost a few times in the instrumentals. It wasn't excessively loud though, which was nice. Drinks were far too expensive though - $12 for a Spanish coffee? Give me a break.
Great, intimate concert setting. Awesome place to see a hip hop or jazz show!
