This place is amazing. A hands-on museum that shows the history of Wells Fargo with Old West memorabilia you can touch.

This museum is impressive, with a restored 1897 stagecoach on display. Until I saw this real stagecoach, I didn't understand how cramped it would be traveling in one with eight or more other people. The museum in on the 2nd floor of the Wells Fargo Center and includes excellent panels and displays of historical information about travel, banking, and life in the 1800s. The display includes a working telegraph. Steve, the knowledgable Museum Manager, provided even more historical information about how gold played a role in life at that time. The museum has a camera set up so you can take a photo by the stagecoach.
