One star for customer service. I purchased tickets online, but their website had an error processing the ticket. I never received my tickets, but my card was charged. I called Lloyd center and they explained that the online tickets are handled separately and there wasnt much they could do, and told me to file a report with my Bank and try again. Called my bank, they processed a credit to my account. I bought another pair of tickets successfully online. Wonderful. Movie was great.Fast forward a month and I get a letter from my bank saying Regal cinemas has filed a rebuttal on my returned credit and the charge is coming back to my account. So now Ive been charged twice for one pair of tickets. What the?!
We had a great time. The staff was courteous and the snack selection was yummy goodness. Comfy cozy seat and it was perfect for a family movie night. Thank you
Had a lovely date with my husband and we went here. They are polite as can be, really bubbly staff that were excellent! The building was clean and well kept. The movie experience was on point, not to loud. All in all I love them and would definitely recommend
This is always a fine theater to watch a movie. The staff are kind and the chairs are comfy. The theater is clean and the sound is good. The fact that the parking lot is completely gone is indicative of the Portland we now live in. Condos will be there soon. For anyone with mobility issues, this situation is a nightmare. There are two handicapped parking spaces across the street and a few more in a lot... across the street. In terms of disability laws, it seems that something could be done, but I doubt anything will be done. In money we trust is the new way of Portland and nothing shows this more clearly than simply removing parking lots and building condos.
Very accessible Theater with plenty of parking. You can buy tickets inside. Quick service at the snack bar with average prices. They offer no discount days so expect to buy your ticket during matinee times, or buy your tickets Fandango or other ticket selling web sites to save money. All in all a very good Theater that I am going to go back again and again.
