It's hidden away, I like this store because of its location but also they seem to have some really good deals on some of their bottles. They o ly have liquor and no wines or champagne, however the convenience store right outside sells beer and wine. Helped when we really needed some champagne.

This is one of the best selection liquor stores in Portland. For whatever reason this store has a much more varied selection of liqueurs and top shelf liquor. The OLCC search engine is the way to find exactly what you need, but I've had good luck finding bottles here. For example my local store stared at me blankly when I asked about passion fruit liqueur. These guys had two different brands (Giffard and another).
