I am from London and been looking for a good salon for 6 years. Just moved to West Hollywood and love this place. Super friendly and relaxed and Teresa is great - a lovely person, and really knows her craft.I would highly recommend.
For $70+ I expected more. I asked for long, blended layers. Instead I got choppy layers that make my hair look like a middle school skater boy. The appointment started 15 minutes late, which is fine. What isnt fine is that the stylist tried to end the appointment on time after not finishing my hair. I waited a month to post a review to give my hair time to grow out a little but I still hate it. My hair looks fine styled (see photo) but I do not have time to style it most days.
It's like walking into some sort of movie! All the stylists seem to know each other and hang out outside of work, each one has a huge and unique personality from the vintage hats and purple hair, the flamboyant receptionist and hands on but clueless owner, to three doughnut machine gifts and drinks to help you relax it really could be a scripted show! Not only did they give me an amazing haircut and helped me style it but they did so with me having NO idea what to get. I looked like someone was about to kick my puppy the whole time but they made me trust in what they could do and made me feel confident in myself when I left. It's a two hour drive for me and I'm still planning on always getting my haircut with them!
