What a disappointment it was to work with Radix! I enjoyed my bookkeeper but when Maria, the owner was involved it all went downhill. Maria was condescending, complicated matters, arrived almost thirty minutes late to my last meeting, and left early. I could go on and on. I run my own company and cannot be an expert in everything. Accounting is definitely somewhere I needed help which is why I went to Radix. That being said I am smart, organized and understand the process. At one point I received incorrect billing, which Maria agreed to and corrected. On my last invoice, I was charged for services that were not actually provided and instead of politely talking with me at it, Maria barked at me in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner over the phone. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!
